The series revolves about Romi, a fairly standard Woman in the beginning glance, who is actually the princess of the magic kingdom, the Emotion Kingdom. She arrived to Earth to capture every one of the Teeniepings: adorable but extremely mischievous creatures that all have a novel electric power connected to an emotion or a concept they signify.
